Today Cody, Kathryn, Beth & McKenzie had the opportunity to share with students at Maranatha school. Then the team went to the Ngwempisi village to deliver some supplies to the safe house, minister to the care worker there, and also visit some of the houses in the village. 

It's hard to believe that the team's time in Piet Retief is coming to and end. This has been a very fruitful mission trip, and everyone will have many great stories to tell and many great memories to carry with them forever.

Sunday service & soup fellowship

Last night the team received a treat. Each team member got a snack pack with some of their favorite American candies, snacks, and drinks, and then they read some notes and cards of encouragement from friends and family back home. Thank you for everyone who took the time to write them a note. This was another great expression of God's agape love, and the team greatly appreciated it!

This morning we attended the worship service at Wellspring, and each team member had the opportunity to tell the church what this mission trip has meant to them so far. Steve shared in his message that we are all missionaries and that we are called to be "Jesus-in-skin", shining His light everywhere we find ourselves this week. 

After service we joined the church members for a wonderful time of soup and fellowship. This afternoon the team went back to the ARC to get so rest before the final two days of ministry. 

Please pray for the team to finish well on Monday & Tuesday, and for the travel back to Johannesburg on Wednesday.
